Foundational Practices that focus on individual technical excellence and application, we achieve this by developing the players attributes without pressure of opponents using non isolation best practices along with pressure of timed activities, variance of spacing and skill development with opponents.

Developing players mentally to cope with the demands of the game through stress management and stress transition using the team as the barer of the demands and allowing the player to express themselves Individually (The sum is greater than the parts)
