Our developmental philosophy is to have only 1 team per age group and gender.  Having multiple teams ie: “A”, “B” or “C” teams is not what we believe in.  This type of structure and environment is counter productive as it relates to development and relationships both on and off the field.  Our philosophy is to have one team per age group/per gender and the focus, commitment, and concentration is solely on the development for the players on the one team per age group/per gender.
